The article deals with the study of main hydrodynamic characteristics directed fluidized bed in gravitation shelf dryers. algorithm to calculate dryer’s workspace is described. Every block has theoretical model calculation. Principles disperse phase motion various areas dryer are established. software realization author’s mathematic trajectory free and constrained regime, residence time dryers’s workspace, polydisperse systems classification proposed study. Calculations using product ANSYS CFX, based on model, presented article. enables automatize calculation simultaneously by several optimization criteria visualize results form 3D images. data construction a computational grid for modeling gas flow presented. determining velocities field gravitational distinguishing specific zones drying agent’s demonstrated.
